The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of security risks and proposes adequate security measures for soft targets, specifically the bus station and shopping centre in Moravské Budějovice. The author utilizes a comparative approach of the FMEA method and the CARVER method for risk identification and evaluation. Based on the comparison of results from both methods and subsequent Pareto analysis, priority risks are determined, for which security measures need to be implemented. An intelligent camera system is proposed as a key tool to minimize risks, aiming to reliably detect and warn against potential security threats. The thesis emphasizes conceptual proposals for measures and underscores the importance of prevention and cooperation with local security forces.
