Bytový dům s kombinací standardních a bezbariérových bytů

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu s kombinací standardních a bezbariérových bytů ve stupni pro provádění stavby. Tato projektová dokumentace byla vytvořena v souladu s přiloženou studií a zahrnuje textovou i výkresovou část. Výkresová část obsahuje situační zobrazení, půdorys výkopu, základy, půdorysy všech podlaží a stropů, podélný a příčný řez objektem, pohledy ze všech světových stran, zastřešení, ocelovou konstrukci výtahové šachty a vybraný konstrukční detail budovy. Práce také obsahuje tepelně technický posudek základů, obvodové konstrukce a střechy. V neposlední řadě je zhotoven statický výpočet železobetonového stropu nad 1.NP. Celá práce je vypracovaná dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. ve znění novely č.62/2013 Sb o dokumentaci staveb [1].

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop the project documentation of an apartment building with a combination of standard and barrier-free apartments in the stage for the implementation of the construction. This project documentation has been developed in accordance with the attached study and includes both text and drawings. The drawings section includes a site plan, excavation plan, foundation, floor and ceiling plans of all floors and ceilings, longitudinal and transverse sections through the building, views from all cardinal points, roofing, steel elevator shaft structure, and selected building construction detail. The work also includes a thermal engineering assessment of the foundations, envelope and roof. Last but not least, a structural calculation of the reinforced concrete ceiling above the 1st floor is made. The whole work is prepared in accordance with the Decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended by the amendment No.62/2013 Coll. on documentation of buildings [1].
