Rampový dopravník

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dopravníku pro usměrnění toku koksu o požadovaném dopravním výkonu, rychlosti a délce dopravníku. V úvodu je popsáno umístění dopravníku a volba typu dopravníku. První část práce je tvořena rešerší dopravníku a jeho částí. V další části práce jsou provedeny výpočty dopravníku a jejich srovnání. Na základě parametrů zadaných, parametrů zvolených a výpočtu je následně vytvořen model dopravníku a výkresy jeho¬ částí.

This bachelor thesis focuses on designing a conveyor that directs material flow of coke with the requested flow, velocity and length of the conveyor. The introduction describes where the conveyor is situated and the chosen type of conveyor. The first part of this work focuses on research regarding the conveyor and its main parts. The next part focuses on different calculations and their comparison. Lastly based on given parameters, chosen parameters and the calculations a model of the conveyor and drawings of its parts are made.
