Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics with application to machine tools. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics, including causes of vibration, monitoring of machine wear and lubricant degradation. This is followed by a practical part that focuses on specific machine tools. Vibration measurements are made using the ADASH A4400 VA4 PRO measuring device, with a description of the measurement procedure and the processing of vibration records for each machine. Furthermore, lubricating oil samples taken from two machines are evaluated. The vibration measurement results are summarized at the end of the paper.
