Konstrukční návrh vertikálního lisu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of a vertical press capable of developing a pressing force of up to 2,500 kN. The assignment was carried out in cooperation with KOMA - Industry s.r.o. The thesis contains schematic designs of the press design and their evaluation of suitability for use. Furthermore, I have prepared an overview of similar designs of presses offered on the market and summarized their parameters. After determining the parameters for my designed press, the individual design nodes were described and their choice was justified. I verified all my proposed components by means of calculations whether they were suitable and could be implemented. The output of the work is a 3D model of the press with the developed drawing documentation.n.
