Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením požární ochrany v objektu věznice Plzeň – Bory. Popisuje daný objekt, současnou legislativu a statistiku mimořádných událostí v objektech vězeňské služby ČR. Dále autor analyzuje dostupné vybavení věznice technickými prostředky, požárně bezpečnostními zařízeními a možnostmi jednotek PO v rámci objektu věznice Plzeň – Bory. Autor se zde snaží najít možné postupy pro co nejjednodušší lokalizaci a likvidaci vzniklé mimořádné události, určit konkrétní posloupnost činností, které by jednotky požární ochrany prováděly pod vedením vězeňské služby české republiky. Výstupem této práce by měla být vytvořená zásahová instrukce pro odbornou přípravu jednotek PO na území města Plzně. Navrženou zásahovou instrukci jsme ověřili taktickým cvičením uskutečněným v objektu věznice Plzeň - Bory .

Bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of fire protection in building prisons Pilsen - Bory. It describes the object, the current legislation and statistics on incidents at the premises of the prison service. Furthermore, the author analyzes the available equipment in prisons technical, fire safety equipment and capabilities of the IP in the context of building prisons Pilsen - Bory. The author is trying to find the simplest procedures for the localization and destruction resulting from the incident, identify the specific sequence of activities that the fire brigade carried out under the leadership of the prison service the Czech Republic. The output of this work should be created emergency instructions for the training of PO units in the City of Pilsen. The proposed intervention Instructions We have made tactical exercise in the prison building Pilsen - Bory.
