Studie potřeby pyrotechnické služby v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vysvětlení, za jakých podmínek a v jakém rozsahu působí pyrotechnická služba na území České republiky při zásazích v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému a zhodnocení fungování současného systému na základě platné legislativy a souborů typových činností vztahujících se k pyrotechnické činnosti u Policie ČR. Detailněji chci popsat rozdělení a systemizaci pyrotechnických útvarů a možnost jejich využití při zásahu složek Integrovaného záchranného systému, nastínit nedostatky současného systému a navrhnout možná řešení.

The topic of this thesis explains under what conditions and what range Pyrotechnical work functions in Czech Republic along intervention within Integrated Emergency System and estimates function of current system based on valid legislation and sets of type activity related to pyrotechnical works in the Police of the Czech Republic. In detail, I would like to describe a division and a systematization of pyrotechnical sections and possibility of their usage along the intervention of sections of Integrated Emergency System, outline deficiencies of the current system and suggest possible solutions.
