Technické aspekty predikce a tvorby ceny na velkoobchodním trhu s elektřinou

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je podrobná analýza a rozbor fungování trhu s elektrickou energií v České republice. V posledních letech došlo vlivem liberalizace trhu s elektrickou energií k rozsáhlým změnám, které ovlivnili fungování trhu s elektřinou. Práce se věnuje rozboru fungování trhu s elektřinou a související legislativou. Nechybí podrobný rozbor ceny elektrické energie pro koncové uživatele. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří nový nástroj pro obchodování s elektřinou – Energetická burza Praha, její princip, pravidla, produkty a historický vývoj. Důležitou pasáží diplomové práce je analýza tvorby predikcí spotřeby elektrické energie. Stanovení predikcí je klíčovou činností obchodníka pro efektivní nákup potřebné elektřiny. Výsledkem této práce je též návrh a provedení korekcí dat s ohledem na změnu počasí a změnu plánované spotřeby el. energie.

The thesis is focused on a detailed interpretation and analysis about effectiveness of the electricity market in the Czech Republic. In recent years, it was reached extensive changes due to the liberalization of the electricity market that have influenced the operation of the electricity market. The thesis includes analyse about the operation of the electricity market and related legislation. There is not absent of detailed analysis of price for end customers. There is also separate chapter on new instrument for electricity dealing – Prague Energy Exchange, its principles, rules, products and historical evolution. Important passage of this thesis is analysis of predictions settings for energy consumption. The determination of predictions is the key activity of tradesman for effective purchase needed electricity. Consequence of this thesis includes also proposal and implementation of data correction regarding to the weather change and change of planned electricity consumption.
