Projektování systému správy pohledávek pro společnost KARO EXPORT-IMPORT s.r.o.

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám projektováním systému pro správu pohledávek ve společnosti KARO EXPORT – IMPORT, spol. s r. o. V úvodní teoretické části práce hodnotím současnou podobu informačních systémů a informačních technologií ve firmách z hlediska jejich věcného obsahu a struktury. Dále jsem přistoupila k vlastnímu vývoji informačního systému pro společnost KARO EXPORT – IMPORT, spol. s r. o. V první fázi bylo nezbytné vyhodnotit současný stav zpracování agendy správy a inkasa pohledávek. Vzhledem k tomu, že firma dosud nedisponuje žádným automatizovaným systémem pro tuto oblast, bylo nutno sesbírat data a stanovit současný postup zpracování. Na základě podrobně provedené analýzy firemních procesů a dat byla vyspecifikovány základní požadavky, které musí budoucí informační systém splňovat. Poslední etapa práce obsahuje návrh konceptuálního schématu firemní databáze a její implementaci.

In this diploma thesis I deal with design of a system for administration of demands in KARO EXPORT – IMPORT company. In the introductory, theoretical part of the thesis I evaluate the present form of information systems and technologies in the companies from the point of view of its factual content and structure. As the next point I started my own development of information system for KARO EXPORT – IMPORT company. In the first stage it was necessery to analyse the present state of agenda and debt collection processing. Because the company doesn´t own any automatic system for this branch, it was necessery to collect data and set the current process of elaboration. Based on a very detailed analyses of operations and data of the company, the basic requierements were specified to be matched by the future information system.The last stage of the thesis contains a draft of a conceptual scheme of the firm diabase and its implementation.
