Bioreaktory v úpravě nerostných surovin

Abstract

V předložené práci jsou zpracovány dostupné informace o bioreaktorech a jejich využití v oblasti nerostných surovin. V úvodu je stručně vysvětlen pojem biotechnologií. Další část se zaměřuje na popis mikrobiologických procesů, které probíhají v některých minerálních ložiscích. V části věnované bioreaktorům je nastíněno, k čemu toto zařízení slouží, podle jakých kritérií volíme typ reaktoru, popsány jednotlivé typy, speciální požadavky, které je třeba zohlednit při výrobě tohoto zařízení a stručně pojednáno o problematice počítačového řízení fermentace. Následně je věnována pozornost bakteriálnímu loužení rud, včetně jeho současného využití. V závěru jsou uvedeny příklady aplikací bioreaktorů při úpravě nerostných surovin.

The thesis presents evaluable information on bioreactors and their utilization in the area of mineral raw materials. The introduction briefly explains the term of biotechnology. The next part focuses on the description of microbiological processes which take place in certain mineral deposits. In the part on bioreactors the individual types of bioreactors, special requirements that must be taken into cosideration during production of such devices, criteria according to which we choose a type of reactors are described, and a brief exposition of the issue of computer control of fermentation is given. In addition, attention is paid to bacterial leaching of ores, including its current utilization. In conclusion, there are examples of applications of bioreactors in the processing of mineral raw materials.
