Ekonomické a ekologické aspekty údržby zeleně v centru města Ostravy

Abstract

V předložené práci je popsán systém provádění údržby veřejné zeleně v centrálním městském obvodu města Ostravy – Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz. V první části je uveden a popsán současný stav údržby veřejné zeleně a výdaje městského obvodu z rozpočtu do oblasti péče o městskou zeleň za období 2005-2009. Dále je konkrétně definována charakteristika procesu údržby a podmínky prací dodavatelských firem a to včetně současných kontrolních mechanismů. V další části jsou zpracovány jednotlivé kroky při realizacích nových výsadeb ve městě a zároveň popsán přínos stromů pro městské prostředí. Následně jsou obecně popsány funkční typy zeleně. Závěr práce pak tvoří stručné zhodnocení získaných informací.

This thesis deals with the system of the public greenery maintenance implementation in the Central District of the City Ostrava - Moravska Ostrava and Privoz. In the first part, there is mentioned and described the current state of the public greenery maintenance and expenses from the District budget flowing in the urban green areas care during 2005-2009. Furthermore, there is defined the characteristic of the maintenance process and conditions of the contractors´ services, including up-to-date check mechanisms. In the next part of the thesis, there are listed particular steps to realise new outplantings in the city, the benefit of trees for the urban environment is described as well. Subsequently, there are generally stated functional kinds of the greenery. In conclusion, you can find a brief evaluation of the information gained.
