Společenská odpovědnost firem se zaměřením na sociální pilíř

Abstract

Společenská odpovědnost firem patří mezi poměrně nové trendy v podnikatelských strategiích, ke kterému se hlásí čím dál víc firem a organizací, proto se stala předmětem této diplomové práce. V teoretické kapitole se zaměřuji na celkový profil koncepce CSR, na její vývoj, pilíře, kde největší váhu přikládám sociálnímu pilíři společenské odpovědnosti. Hlavním bodem práce, jež se stal předmětem praktické kapitoly, jsou rovné příležitosti – gender studies. Jelikož gender studies představuje velmi široké spektrum aktivit, aplikovala jsem část genderového auditu na společnost NOWACO Opava s.r.o. Cílem diplomové práce je celkové zhodnocení části genderového auditu společnosti NOWACO Opava s.r.o., navrhnutí konkrétních realizovatelných změn, které umožní podniku dosáhnout pokroku v oblasti prosazování genderové rovnosti, a identifikování dobrých praktik firmy. Použila jsem metodiku pozorování, rozhovor, a následné hodnocení primárních dat, provedla jsem analýzu těchto dat a následně vyvodila závěry a navrhla konkrétní doporučení.

Corporate Social Responsibility belongs to rather new trends of business strategies, which are used by many firms and companies; therefore it became the main topic of my diploma work. In the theoretical section I focus on the whole profile of conception of CSR, its development, the pillars, where the most valuable pillar for me is the CSR. The main point of my work which is at the same time the subject of the practical section is gender studies. I applied a part of gender audit on NOWACO Opava,s.r.o., because the gender studies represent a very wide spectrum of activities. The main goal of my diploma work is the whole evaluation of the gender audit of the company NOWACO Opava s.r.o., and suggesting specific characterized changes, which enable the company to make a progress in the resort of gender equality and the identification of good company’s procedures. I used the methodology of an observation, a dialog, and then an evaluation of primary data. After that I analyzed the primary data, I deduced a conclusion and suggested a specific recommendation.
