Návrh a postup likvidace konkrétního podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem likvidace konkrétního podniku. Dílčí cíl je zpracování teoretických poznatků v procesu likvidace obchodní společnosti v České republice. Teorie nejprve popisuje různé procesy skončení podnikatelské činnosti. Dále je vymezena osoba likvidátora a popsán proces likvidace. Závěr teoretické části je věnován vybraným ukazatelům finanční analýzy. Následuje kapitola, která představuje podnik. V praktické části je chronologicky popsán proces likvidace. Kapitola návrhy a doporučení shrnuje praktickou část.

The diploma thesis deals with the liquidation of a particular company. Target is a process of theoretical knowledge about liquidation process in the Czech Republic. Theory first describes the various processes of the end of the business. It is defined as a person described by the liquidator and the liquidation process. Conclusion The theoretical part is devoted to selected indicators of financial analysis. There is in the following chapter introducing of the company. The practical part chronologically described the process of liquidation. Chapter summarizes the recommendations and proposals for the practical part.
