Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců. Odměňování zaměstnanců je jedna z nejzávažnějších personálních činností. V teoretických částech se zabývám motivací, stimulací a teorií motivace. V třetí kapitole je popsána je společnost Tesco. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována dotazníku a jeho vyhodnocení. Pátá kapitola je věnována SWOT analýze, která je nejdůležitější části této diplomové práce. Tato analýza pomohla nastínit problémové oblasti motivace zaměstnanců, které bylo zapotřebí najít a pokusit se je napravit. V diplomové práci jsou uvedeny zlepšující návrhy a doporučení.

This gradiatuon thess deals with problems of employee motivation. The system of benefits is one of the most important human resoures acivities. In the theoretical part of this thesis.I deal with motivation, stimulation and motivation theories. In the third chapter is description of Tesco. . The fourth chapter is dedicated to questionary and its evaluation. The fifth chapter is dedicated to SWOT analysis which is fundamental part of this thesis. According to the analysis I established parts of employees motivation with problems which could be changed. In this thesis are improving suggestions and recommendations.
