Hodnocení finanční situace firmy

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci vybrané společnosti pomocí metod finanční analýzy a pomocí tohoto zhodnocení navrhnout řešení k zlepšení dosavadní finanční situace podniku. Kapitola druhá poskytuje informace o vybrané společnosti DURA s. r. o., na kterou je finanční analýza praktikována. V této kapitole jsou základní informace o činnosti podniku, významném vývoji v posledních letech a organizační struktuře. V třetí kapitole je uveden teoretický popis významu finanční analýzy. Dále jsou zde uvedeny postupy vybraných metod, jednotlivých ukazatelů a vzorce pro výpočty, které jsou následně využity pro praktickou část práce. Čtvrtá kapitola zahrnuje výsledky finanční analýzy společnosti DURA s. r. o. Obsahuje výpočty a komentáře k jednotlivým metodám. Tato praktická část je následně využita k závěrečnému zhodnocení finanční situace podniku. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky finanční analýzy získané z praktické části bakalářské práce. Tyto výsledky jsou využity k zhodnocení hospodaření společnosti a navrhnutí řešení k zlepšení finančního stavu podniku.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the financial situation of selected companies using the methods of financial analysis and use this evaluation to propose solutions to improve the current financial situation. The second chapter provides information on selected companies DURA Ltd., which is practiced by financial analysis. This chapter provides basic information about the business, significant developments in recent years and the organizational structure. In the third chapter is a theoretical description of the importance of financial analysis. There are presented methods chosen methods, the individual indicators and formulas for calculations, which are subsequently used for the practical part. The fourth chapter contains the results of financial analysis of DURA Ltd. Includes calculations and comments on individual methods. This practical component is then used for final evaluation of their financial situation. The conclusion summarizes the results obtained from the financial analysis of the practical part of this work. These results are used to evaluate the company and propose solutions to improve the financial status of the company.
