Analýza personálních činností vybrané organizace

Abstract

Výkon personálních činností je nezbytný pro fungování kterékoliv organizace. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je v teoretické části vyjmenovat a popsat všechny personální činnosti z dostupné literatury a v praktické části charakterizovat vybranou organizaci, analyzovat její personální činnosti a zhodnotit je v porovnání s teoretickou částí. První část práce je zaměřena na členění personálních činností podle různých autorů a popis personálních činností pro organizaci bez personálního útvaru. První část je také věnována charakteristice metod průzkumu, které byly v práci využity. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice organizace, se kterou jsem spolupracovala. Poslední část popisuje organizaci průzkumu, zpracování výsledků, analýzu personálních činností vykonávaných v organizaci, její zhodnocení a návrhy na zlepšení výkonu některých personálních činností.

Performance of personnel activities is necessary for the functioning of any organization. The aim of my bachelor thesis is in the theoretical part, to enumerate and describe all the personnel activities from the available literature and in the practical part, to characterize a selected organization, analyze its personnel activities and evaluate them in comparison with the theoretical part. The first part of the thesis focuses on the division of personnel activities according to various authors and the description of personnel activities for an organization without a personnel department. The first part is also devoted to the characteristic of exploration methods that were used in the thesis. The second part concentrates on the characteristic of the organization which I cooperated with. The last part describes the organization of the exploration, results processing, analysis of personnel activities performed in the organization, its evaluation and suggestions for improving the performance of some personnel activities.
