Vedení daňové evidence soukromě hospodařícího rolníka a využívání dotací v zemědělství

Abstract

Zemědělská a potravinářská výroba patří mezi tradiční odvětví národního hospodářství. Zemědělství dnes na sebe přebírá důležité společenské a ekologické funkce.Zemědělci jsou k těmto činnostem, které jsou prospěšné pro veřejnost a životní prostředí, motivováni většinou dotačními programy financovanými národními nebo evropskými finančními prostředky. Cílem bakalářské práce je pohled do problematiky vedení daňové evidence u soukromě hospodařícího rolníka Miroslava Herota. Ta musí zachytit všechna specifika, která s sebou zemědělská výroba přináší. Součástí příjmů zemědělských podnikatelů jsou také dotace jak ze státního rozpočtu České republiky tak Evropské unie. Proto jsem se ve své bakalářské práci zaměřila na jejich formy, získávání a využívání na farmě zemědělce Herota.

The goal of my bachelor’s thesis is to provide a realistic look at the tax documentation maintained by private farmer Miroslav Herot. It has to provide a picture of all the specifications that go into agricultural production. Subsidies also make up a part of his farming income. The influence of the subsidies on the agricultural sector is significant.

My bachelor’s thesis is specifically focused on the documentation system used by this farming enterprise, including the particular spheres of activities associated with the farming industry. I have described the tax bookkeeping of private farmer Miroslav Herot in the practical part.

I used journals or literature and sources focused on farming in the first part of my work. I included the general principles used for tax bookkeeping by this private farmer. My intention was furthermore focused on the subsidies given to him, both from the state budget and also from the European Union. I also mentioned the damages that are often incurred in the farming industry. I described the path taken by Mr. Herot towards a career in farming, the methods he uses on his farm, the tax bookkeeping system employed by him and specific accounting cases; what he uses the subsidies for and a survey of the subsidies received by the dairy farm between 2005-2009. I have also mentioned the bureaucracy that exists in the Czech farming industry.
