Studium tvařitelnosti oceli 42CrMo4 v závislosti na parametrech ohřevu

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce se stalo téma Studium tvařitelnosti oceli 42CrMo4 v závislosti na parametrech ohřevu. Především nás bude zajímat vliv teploty na tvorbu trhlin na klínových vzorcích. Klínové vzorky budeme válcovat na válcovací stolici Duo. Rozměry klínu jsou přibližně 150 mm na délku a 15 mm šířku. Na klínech je vytvořeno 8 vrubů jako iniciátor trhlin. Během pokusu nás budou zajímat právě vruby na klínech. V těchto místech budeme očekávat tvorbu trhlin. Na vzorcích budeme zkoušet vliv teplot, dále pak budeme měnit rychlost válcování a velikost úběru.

The subject of my thesis is the topic of studying formability of steel 42CrMo4, depending on the heating parameters. Above all, we are interested in the effect of temperature on the formation of cracks in the wedge-shaped samples. Wedge samples will be rolled on the roll stand. The dimensions of the wedge samples are approximately 150 mm in length and 15 mm in width. There are 8 notches created on the lap, serving as initiators of cracks. During the experiment we will be interested right in these notches. In these places we expect cracks formation. We will test the influence of temperature, and then we will test different rolling speed and rolling stock removal.
