Nové využití budovy bývalé školy v Mariánských Horách

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem: „Návrh nového využití budovy bývalé školy v Mariánských Horách“. Jejím cílem je navrhnout několik variant vnitřní dispozice a ukázat možnost vytvořit funkční objekt pro administrativní účely. Úvodní část práce, věnována teoretickým východiskům, tvoří základ celého návrhu. Poukazuje na příležitosti starších objektů, které vlivem uvážené rekonstrukce mohou ještě dobře sloužit, a popisuje požadavky na stavby s kancelářskými prostory. Hlavní část práce řeší především dispoziční řešení administrativní budovy. Zabývá se typologií objektu i jeho přilehlého okolí. Součásti je i bezbariérové řešení jak stavby, tak venkovních úprav. Objekt administrativní budovy je rozpracován v rozsahu architektonicko – urbanistické studie a předkládá požadované základní údaje o objemovém, dispozičním i konstrukčním řešení. Závěr práce shrnuje veškeré poznatky a výsledky návrhu. Celkový rozsah práce je 49 stran textu a 23 výkresů.

The dissertation deal with the theme: „New way of utilization of the former school building in Mariánské Hory“. Its goal is to design more variants of interior disposition and show the opportunity to create the utility building for administration. Exordium part of the work, dealing with theorticcal principles, compose the staff of the whole design. It adverts to the opportunities of older buildings, which can sevre still good by the action of contemplate reconstruction and describe the needs of administration buildings. The main part of the work solves the dispositional solution of the bulilding. It deals with the typology of the object and his neighbouring surroundings. The work piece is also the barrier free solution of the object and outdoor alternations. The project is labouring in extension of architectural – urban study and submitted demanded basic informations of the size, dispositional and constructional solutoin. The end of the work resumes all of the findings and results of the design. The size of the dissertation is 49 pages of text and 23 plans.
