Regionální politika a její vliv na vývoj vybraných regionů ve Spolkové republice Německo

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na regionální politiku a její vliv na vývoj regionů ve Spolkové republice Německo (SRN) a je rozdělena do tří tematických kapitol. V předkládané práci je popsán vývoj regionální politiky v Evropě od 50. let 20. století a její využívání a realizace ve SRN. Podrobně jsou charakterizovány nástroje pro snižování rozdílů mezi regiony jak na národní, tak na spolkové úrovni, struktura regionů a programové dokumenty. Podrobný popis je také věnován dvěma spolkovým zemím – Dolnímu Sasku a Sasku. Dolní Sasko je původní západní spolkovou zemí a je rozděleno na čtyři regiony (Braunschweig, Hannover, Lüneburg, Weser-Ems). Sasko je původní východní spolkovou zemí a je rozděleno na tři regiony (Chemnitz, Drážďany a Lipsko). Předmětem práce je srovnání těchto dvou spolkových zemí a jejich regionů podle vybraných ukazatelů.

This diploma thesis is focused on regional policy and its effect on regions of Federal Republic of Germany. It is divided into three parts. In this thesis the development of regional policy since 50’s till nowadays, its use and realization in the Federal Republic of Germany is described. The structure of regions, programming documents and instruments implemented to reduce the differences among regions on the national as well as federal level, are defined in greater details. Further attention is given to two particular states - Lower Saxony and Saxon. Lower Saxony originally used to be a part of West Germany and it is divided into four regions (Braunschweig, Hannover, Lüneburg, Weser-Ems). Saxony took part of East Germany and consists of three regions (Chemnitz, Dresden, Leipzig). The subject of this thesis is the comparison of these two states of Germany and their regions respecting the selected indicators.
