Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže a antimonopolní politika

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat politiku ochrany hospodářské soutěže z historického hlediska až po současnost. V první kapitole se zabývám historií ekonomického systému a soutěžního práva. Druhá kapitola pojednává o antimonopolní politice České republiky. Ve třetí kapitole jsem se zaměřila na jediného představitele politiky ochrany hospodářské soutěže v České republice, kterým je Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. Definuji jak jeho poslání, tak i oblasti, které Úřad kontroluje a monitoruje. Závěrem zhodnotím činnosti úřadu za rok 2010.

The goal of my bachelor thesis is to describe the competition policy from the historical point of view until the present day. In the first chapter I focus on the history of economic system and the competition law. The second chapter deals with the antimonopoly politics of the Czech Republic. In the third chapter I focused on the only representative of the competition politics in the Czech Republic and that is the Competition Authority. I define its mission as well as the areas which are controlled and monitored by it. In the end I assess the activities of the authority in 2010.
