Analýza možných variant financování konkrétní investice ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možné způsoby financování investic. Výběr vhodného způsobu financování představuje pro podnik nesnadný a důležitý úkol. Cílem této práce, nazvané Analýza možných variant financování konkrétní investice ve vybraném podniku, je výběr nejvýhodnější varianty financování pro firmu HOBES, spol. s r.o., která chce investovat do nového automatického hydraulického lisu ZHO120AHY. Teoretická část práce je věnována charakteristikám interních a externích způsobů financování včetně vybraných metod, které se využívají pro výběr nejvýhodnější varianty financování. Další část práce popisuje vybranou společnost a investici, kterou chce firma realizovat. Obsahem praktické části je posouzení dvou možných způsobů financování, a to úvěru a leasingu. Porovnání a výběr nejvýhodnější varianty je proveden pomocí metody současné hodnoty výdajů. V závěru této kapitoly je vybrána a doporučena nejvýhodnější varianta pro realizaci dané investice.

This work is focused on possible ways of financing investment. Selecting an appropriate method of financing is difficult for the company and important task. The aim of this work, entitled Analysis of possible alternatives of financing specific investments in a select company, the best selection of financing alternatives for the company HOBES, spol. Ltd., which wants to invest in new auto hydraulic press ZHO120AHY. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of internal and external financing methods, including selected methods that are used to select the best options for financing. Another section describes a particular company and the investment which the company wants to implement. The content of the practical assessment of two possible methods of financing, credit and leasing. Comparison and selection of options is best done using the current levels of expenditure. At the end of this chapter is selected and recommended best option for the realization of the investment.
