Analýza současného stavu managementu jakosti v organizaci a jeho aktualizace dle ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008

Abstract

Téma bakalářská práce: Analýza současného stavu managementu jakosti a jeho aktualizace dle ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008. Systém managementu jakosti je soubor vzájemně souvisejících prvků, který je nedílnou součástí celkového systému řízení organizací a který má garantovat maximalizaci spokojenosti a loajality zainteresovaných stran při minimální spotřebě zdrojů. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat současný stav managementu jakosti, zjistit jak jsou plněny požadavky normy ISO 9001 ve společnosti a aktualizace systému managementu jakosti dle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska. Ta obsahují charakteristiku společnosti a základní koncepce managementu jakosti se zaměřením na koncepci ISO. Ve druhé části je pak analýza plnění požadavků normy ISO 9001 ve společnosti, aktualizace systému managementu jakosti dle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 a zhodnocení výsledků.

Bachelor thesis title: Analysis of present state of Quality Management at the Organization and its updating according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008. Quality Management System is a set of interrelated elements which is an integral part of an overall management system of organizations and is supposed to guarantee maximizing satisfaction and loyalty of involved parties with minimum consumption of resources. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current Quality Management Status, to find out if the standard requirements of ISO 9001 are fulfilled in the company and the update of Quality Management System in accordance to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. There are theoretical basis given in the first part. Those contain the characteristics of the company and the basic concepts of Quality Management focusing on ISO conception. The second part includes analysis whether ISO 9001 requirements are fulfilled in the company, then performance analysis of the update of Quality Management System in accordance to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard and the results evaluation.
