Diagnostika technického stavu kulového mlýna

Abstract

Úkolem této bakalářské práce je určení technického stavu kulového mlýna. V teoretické části úvodu je popsána technická diagnostika a jejich základní pojmy. Dále příčiny vzniku vibrací a metody vyhodnocení vibrací. V práci jsou dále vypsané druhy kulových mlýnů a také jsou uvedeny metody používané pro identifikaci vznikajících vibrací. V praktické části je popsán kulový mlýn a jeho konstrukce. Následně je popsán použitý měřicí přístroj a vyznačené body měřené na pohonu kulového mlýna. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit naměřené hodnoty pohonu kulového mlýnu. A v závěru jsou uvedeny časté závady na bubnu kulového mlýnu.

The task of this bachelor paper is to determine technical condition of the ball mill. In the theoretical part of the introduction there is described technical diagnostic and basic concepts. Further the causes of vibrafon and the methods of the evaluation of vibrafon. In the paper there are also listed species of ball mills and are given the methods used for the identification emerging vibrafon. In the practical part is described a ball mill and its construction. Consequently is described used measuring instrument and marked points measured on the drive of the ball mill. The aim of the work was to evaluate measured values of propulsion of the ball mill. And in the end are given frequent defects of drum of the ball mill.
