Moravská Ostrava – návrh zástavby v proluce polyfunkčním domem, nároží ulic Pobialova x Stodolní

Abstract

Purpose of my bachelor thesis is design a multifunctional building in vacant site Pobialova x Stodolní Street in Moravská Ostrava. Design is processed on the level of volume study and solves urbanistic, architectural, operational and typological integration of the building to the current built-up area. Integral part of the design is solution of parking, which belongs to multifunctional building and also creation of barrier-free area for handicapped people according to valid legislation. Bachelor thesis is trying to settle basic problems mentioned locality, especially increased noise of Stodolní Street, consider high level of living and providing quality service for civic amenities.
