Návrh integrovaného hydrologického informačního systému s využitím webových služeb

Abstract

Doktorská disertační práce se zabývá problematikou vyuţití moderních komunikačních technologií, architektur a standardů jak v oblasti operativní hydrologie, tak pro komunikaci a výměnu dat mezi jednotlivými organizacemi zabývajícími se správou vodních zdrojů a hydrologií obecně. V úvodu práce je vymezen předmět předloţené práce a jsou stanoveny cíle práce. Následuje kapitola, která seznamuje čtenáře s projekty, které svým dílem přispěly k celkovému výsledku práce, problematikou operativní hydrologie na obecné úrovni a stavem problematiky mimo ČR. Předmětem další kapitoly je kritická analýza stavu operativní hydrologie ČR se zaměřením jak na technické, tak procesní aspekty problematiky. Další kapitola jiţ představuje technologie servisně orientovaných architektur, jako klíčový prvek navrhované koncepce, na coţ navazuje část zabývající se návrhem samotné architektury distribuovaného hydrologického informačního systému. Závěrečná kapitola se věnuje představení implementaci navrhované koncepce a její reálné nasazení jako strategického řešení v prostředí státního podniku správy Povodí Vltavy.

PhD thesis deals with the use of modern communication technologies, architectures and standards, both in operational hydrology as well as for communication and data exchange between different organizations dealing with the management of water resources and hydrology in general. In the introduction the subject of work is defined as well as thesis main goals. The following chapter, which introduces readers to the projects that contributed to the overall result of the work, the issue of operational hydrology at a general level and state of the problem outside the Republic. The subject of the next chapter is a critical analysis of operational hydrology in CR, focusing both on technical and procedural aspects of the problem. Another chapter presents a service-oriented architecture technology as a key element of the proposed concept, which follows the part dealing with the proposal of the very architecture of a distributed hydrological information system. The final chapter is devoted to showing the implementation of the proposed concept and its real use as a strategic solutions in an environment of state-owned enterprise management of Vltava River catchment.
