Možnosti využití strukturálních fondů Evropské unie na sportovní zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti využití strukturálních fondů Evropské unie na sportovní zařízení v Moravskoslezském kraji. Práce popisuje realizaci a financování projektu podporovaného z Evropského fondu regionálního rozvoje. První část práce obsahuje teoretický náhled do problematiky metodiky tvorby projektů a charakteristiku Regionálního operačního programu Moravskoslezsko. Praktickou část tvoří situační analýza Moravskoslezského kraje se zaměřením na rozvoj požárního sportu, která je podkladem pro zpracování poslední kapitoly zabývající se návrhem konkrétního projektu.

The thesis is focused on the possibilities of using the European Union structural funds for sports facilities in Moravian - Silesian Region. The thesis describes the implementation and financing of the project, which is supported by the European Regional Development Fund. The first part contains theoretical insight into the methodology of projects and characterization of the Regional Operational Programme Moravia – Silesia. The practical part consists of situational analysis of the Moravian - Silesian Region with a focus on a development of firesports and which is based on the processing of the last chapter which is dealing with a proposal of the individual project.
