Abstract

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podporu správného rozhodnutí při financování výstavby nové stáje pro masný skot v Zemědělském družstvu Francova Lhota. Družstvo se rozhoduje mezi vlastním kapitálem a cizím kapitálem, tedy, která z forem financování je výhodnější. Pomocí kritérií je hodnocena vhodnost realizace investice a výhodnost nezadlužené a zadlužené formy. Na základě zjištěných informací je doporučeno, která ze zmíněných forem financování je pro družstvo výhodnější.

Abstract This thesis is focused on support of the making the right decision in financing of a new stable for a beef cattle construction in „The Cooperative farm in Francova Lhota“. The cooperative farm is vacillating between two possibillities of financing - using its own capital or foreign one and thus which form of financing is favourable. Using the criteria there is an evaluation of a suitability of the investment realization and future benefits of unencumbered and indebted form. Based on the discovered information is recommended, which form of the mentioned financing is more preferable for the farm.
