Analýza vývoje separovaného sběru plastů a papíru v Teplicích a okolí

Abstract

V mé diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou separovaného sběru plastů a papíru na území Statutárního města Teplice. V teoretické části je uvedena legislativa týkající se odpadového hospodářství a její součástí je také souhrn platných legislativních norem včetně plánu odpadového hospodářství ČR a Ústeckého kraje. V této části práce jsou také uvedeny některé pojmy, které se týkají problematiky separovaného sběru a povinnosti původce odpadu. Ve třetí části je analyzován současný systém odpadového hospodářství města Teplice, produkce komunálního odpadu, sběr, svoz a dotřídění separovaných složek komunálního odpadu. V následující části je provedeno vyhodnocení systému a navržena možná řešení, která mají zvýšit kvalitu vytříděných komodit a zvýšit i procento vytříděného komunálního odpadu. V závěrečné části je shrnut celý systém spojený s problematikou separovaného sběru plastů a papíru.

In my thesis, I deal with the analysis of separate collection of plastics and paper in the territory of the statutory city of Teplice. In the theoretical part is presented legislation on waste management and also includes a summary of the applicable legal standards, including the waste management plan in Czech republic and the Usti region. In this part there are also some of the concepts which are relating to the issue of separate collection and waste producer responsibilities. The third part analyzes the current system of waste management of Teplice, production of municipal waste collection, transport and aftersorting separated components of municipal waste.In the following part is the evaluation of system and possible solutions to improve the quality of assorted commodities and also increase the percentage of sorted municipal waste. The final section summarizes the system associated with the issue of separate collection of plastics and paper and its significance.
