Modelování pooperační morbidity

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pomáhá pochopit základy logistické regrese. Popisuje dále implementaci logistické funkce při modelování pravděpodobnosti pooperačních komplikací a snaží se optimalizovat výběr operační techniky. Pracuje s reálnými daty získaných z Fakultní nemocnice v Ostravě.

This bachelor thesis helps to understand the basics of the logistic regression. It describes how to implement the logistic function in the modelling of postoperative complications and it tries to optimize the selection of the technics of surgeries. The thesis works with the real data from the hospital in Ostrava (Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava).
