Výpočet důlního hrázového objektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá kontrolním výpočtem důlního hrázového objektu, konkrétně hrázovými dveřmi. Hrázové dveře se využívají jako bezpečnostní prvek v dolech.

Cílem diplomové práce je kontrola konstrukčního návrhu hrázového objektu z hlediska pevnosti. V teoretické části je nastíněna problematika rychlých dynamických dějů, šíření napěťových vln v materiálech a problematika chování materiálu v plastické oblasti. V praktické části je proveden analytický i numerický výpočet. Následně jsou oba výpočty diskutovány navzájem vůči sobě a také vůči datům získaných z experimentu.

The thesis deals with the control calculation of the dam object, specifically of the dam door. The dam door is used as a safety barrier in the mines.

The main aim of this thesis is to check the construction proposal in terms of strength. The theoretical part concentrates on the problems of fast dynamic processes, stress wave spreading and issues with material behaviour in the plastic sphere. The practical part focuses on analytical as well as numerical calculation. Thereafter, both calculations are compared to each other and to data obtained in the experiment.
