Návrh konstrukce vnitřního chlazení u čelních fréz

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce vnitřního chlazení u čelních fréz. V úvodu práce je seznámení s daným problémem. Dále práce popisuje stručně metody frézování a princip chlazení. V práci jsou uvedeny varianty konstrukce vnitřního chlazení od konkurenceschopných společností. V hlavní části práce jsou navrženy tři varianty konstrukce řešení vnitřního chlazení u čelních fréz. Ke každé navržené variantě je zpracována podrobná výkresová dokumentace. Jednotlivé navržené varianty jsou kontrolovány pevnostními výpočty. Závěr práce patří technicko-ekonomickému zhodnocení, kde jsou shrnuty všechny výhody a nevýhody, které jsou spojené s konstrukcí vnitřního chlazení u čelních fréz.

This thesis describes the design of internal cooling design for the frontal milling cutters. In the introduction provides an familiarization of to the problem. The thesis also briefly describes the methods of milling and cooling principle. In the thesis are stated options of design of internal cooling from competitive companies. In the main part of this thesis are projected three variants of internal cooling design for frontal milling cutters. For each variant is designed detailed drawings. Individual variations are checked by the strength calculations. In the conclusions is described technical-economic evaluation, which summarizes all the advantages and disadvantages that are associated with the design of internal cooling of the frontal milling cutters.
