Technická diagnostika obráběcích strojů

Abstract

V praktické části se zabývám měřením na vybraných strojích v podniku Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod a.s. Vyhodnocení naměřených dat je provedeno v předposlední části práce. Dále je zde vypracován plán preventivní údržby pro nově zaváděnou strojní technologii. Další část práce ukazuje současné trendy v technické diagnostiky u obráběcích strojů. Dále jsou zde uvedeny nejčastější metody zkoušení obráběcích strojů v praxi dle jednotlivých ISO norem. V závěru mé práce je celkové zhodnocení jednotlivých měření a návrhy možných příčin poruch na uvedeném strojním parku.

In the practical part is concerned with measurements on selected machines in the Czech company Brod arms factory. Evaluation of measured data is done in the last part. There is also a plan of preventive maintenance for the newly introduced machine technology. The work is focused on describing the current trend of technical diagnostics of machine tools. Then there are the most common methods of testing machine tools in practice by individual ISO standards. In conclusion, this work is an overall assessment of the individual measurements and suggestions for possible causes of failures in placing machinery park.
