Racionalizace výroby součástky ve firmě T Machinery a.s.

Abstract

The thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical part and the Practical part. In the Theoretical part I am dealing with the possibilities of rationalization of the production process as well as the norms of labour related to the production.¨ In the Practical part I am interested in rationalizing the production process of a particular part called „Satellite carrier“ produced by T Machinery a.s. First I evaluated the material flow through the production process from the working day record, then on the basis of multi-criteria decision I selected the best solution for reducing the production times. In the conclusion I realized the benefit for the company and the capital return on the investment.
