Sledování elektrického odporu odporové vrstvy inteligentního nástroje

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním elektrického odporu u inteligentního nástroje z nitridické keramiky s nanesenou odporovou vrstvou. V první části práce je teoreticky rozebraná řezná keramika, opotřebení nástrojů a elektrický odpor. Hlavní část se zabývá rozborem experimentu a zpracování naměřených dat, které byly získány při soustružení. V závěru jsou pak shrnuty výsledky měření.

This thesis deals with monitoring the electrical resistance of intelligent tools of nitride ceramics with coated a resistive layer. The first part is theoretically dismantled cutting ceramic, tool wear and electrical resistance. The main part deals with analysis of the experiment and processing of measured data obtained during turning. In conclusion then summarizes the results of measurements.
