Analýza rizik a zpracování dokumentace BOZP strojního zařízení stolárny

Abstract

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl nastínit čtenáři postup při hodnocení pracovních rizik a metody pro tento účel používané, z daného výčtu metod byla vybrána jedna, kterou použijeme k hodnocení strojního zařízení v hale stolárny firmy ŽDB group a.s. Bohumín. Dalším cílem je zpracovat dokumentaci BOZP včetně osnovy školení pracovníků, jejich zařazení dle kvalifikace a zdravotního stavu, používání ochranných zařízení včetně OOPP při práci. V závěru práce vyhodnotíme rizika na pracovišti a navrhneme možná nápravná opatření s cílem minimalizovat nebo úplně odstranit rizika a naplnit ustanovení legislativních předpisů v oblasti BOZP.

This bachelor thesis strives to introduce the reader to the procedure used in work-risk evaluation and to methods used to achieve this goal. One method has been selected from the given list, and we shall use it to assess machinery present in the hall of the ŽDB Group a.s. table manufacturing facility in Bohumín. Another goal has been to compile the OSH documentation, including a syllabus for the lecturing of employees, their classification by qualification and health status, and the use of protective equipment including PPE on site. At the end of the thesis, we evaluate workplace risks and propose possible correctional measures to be taken in order to minimize or completely eliminate risks and meet provisions of the legal OSH regulations.
