Variantní řešení technologií provádění podlah u vybraného objektu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on solution of four storey residential house with partly basement ground plan and showroom. The main part of building is intended for residential purposes and in the ground floor is exhibition area. The building consists of main bearing skeleton construction with circumferential cladding made from POROTHERM blocks and from thermal contact insulation. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer flat roof. For people with limited mobility is determined the ground floor apartment. The showroom and exhibition area is designed for car sales. The subject of this thesis is implement variants of floor solution as well for residential part and for car sales showroom, where are the higher demands for a floor surface resistance. The target is to design the floors for specific use of space to be able reach short time realization and also to be compliance with the quality requirements.
