Financování vybraných domů s pečovatelskou službou

Abstract

Cílem práce „Financování domů s pečovatelskou službou“ je analýza a zhodnocení finančních zdrojů tří domů se pečovatelskou službou patřící jedné organizaci. Teoretická část se věnuje obecnému vymezení sociálních služeb a přiblížení činnosti organizace. V praktické části je provedena analýza financování pečovatelské služby, s rozdělením jak na celkové náklady a příjmy, tak na porovnání financování jednotlivých domů. Dále práce obsahuje i rozdělení a rozbor jednotlivých pečovatelských úkonů a analýzu příjmů z nich plynoucích. V závěru je provedeno celkové zhodnocení financování a navržena možná řešení.

The aim of the "Financing on selected nursing homes" dissertation is the analysis and evaluation of the financial resources of three nursing homes belonging to one organization. The theoretical part deals with general definition of social services as well as with specification of the organisation activities. in the practical part there is an analysis performed concentrating on home care services funding including a distribution into total costs and revenues as well as a comparison of individual houses financing. The dissertation also includes the classification and analysis of nursing tasks and analysis of the income arising from them. In conclusion, overall evaluation of financing is performed and possible solutions are proposed.
