Controlling ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling a jeho nástroje. V teoretické části je kromě strategicky zaměřeného manažerského účetnictví vysvětlen také pojem controlling, popsán jeho vývoj a nástroje. Praktická část je zaměřena na využití controllingu ve vybrané společnosti, zejména na Balanced scorecard, nákladový controlling a reporting. Cílem praktické části je prozkoumat tyto nástroje a definovat jejich přínos pro společnost.

The thesis is focused on the controlling and its instruments. In the theoretical part is besides strategically oriented management accounting also explained the concept of controlling, then described its development and instruments. The practical part is targeted at the use of controlling in the selected company, especially Balanced scorecard, cost controlling and reporting. The aim of the practical part is to describe these instruments and their benefit for the selected company.
