Analýza činnosti Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže v oblasti energetického sektoru

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat činnost Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže v oblasti energetického sektoru. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části.

Aby bylo dosaženo stanoveného cíle, bylo nutné seznámit se v teoretické části s problematikou hospodářské soutěže prostřednictvím odborné literatury a zákonných předpisů.

Praktická část je zaměřena na celkovou činnost Úřadu se zaměřením v oblasti energetického sektoru. Cíle bylo dosaženo prostřednictvím analýz počtu zahájených řízení a stanovení konkrétních sankcí v oblasti energetiky.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the activity of The Office for the Protection of Competition in the area of the Energy sector. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. To achieve the determined aim it has been necessary to get acquired with competition by professional literature and legal regulations. Practical part is focused on the activity of The Office for the Protection of Competition in energy sector. The aim has been achieved by analyzing the number of open cases and concrete sanctions determined in given field.
