Datové schránky v podnikatelské praxi

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou datových schránek v oblasti podnikatelské praxe. Institut datových schránek se stává pro podnikatele v dnešní době důležitějším než kdy jindy, jelikož jsou nuceni s úřady komunikovat ve větší míře elektronickou cestou. Cílem práce je tedy objektivně vyhodnotit přínosy a nedostatky datových schránek pro podnikatele. V první části jsou uvedeny základní teoretické poznatky o e-Governmentu a datových schránkách. Podstatná část práce je věnována tomu, jak jsou datové schránky využívány v podnikatelské praxi. V poslední kapitole jsou zhodnoceny klady a zápory datových schránek pro podnikatele. Bylo zjištěno, že hlavní výhodu podnikatelé shledávají v úspoře času a také v tom, že mohou komunikovat s úřady odkudkoliv, kde se mohou připojit k internetu. Naopak nevýhodou je časté kontrolování datové schránky kvůli prevenci před problémy s fikcí doručení, nutnost konverze dokumentů a možnost vzniku technických závad, kvůli kterým nemusí být písemnost doručena včas.

This thesis deals with issues of data mailboxes in business practice area. Institute of data mailboxes becomes more important than ever for entrepreneurs, because they are forced to communicate with authorities to a greater extent electronically. The aim of thesis is to evaluate objectively the benefits and drawbacks of data mailboxes for entrepreneurs. In the first section, theoretical knowledge of e-Government and data mailboxes is mentioned. A substantial part of the thesis is devoted to usage of data mailboxes in business practice. In the last chapter, the pros and cons of data mailboxes as from entrepreneurs´ perception are evaluated. The conclusion of such evaluation is that they find a time saving main advantage as well as the fact they can communicate with the authorities from anywhere the internet is available. On the other hand, frequent checking of the data mailbox in order to prevent the problems with a fiction of delivery, necessity of the document conversion and possible technical defects due to which a document may not be delivered on time are considered disadvantage.
