Analýza řízení kvality ve firmě HP trend, s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze řízení kvality společnost HP trend, s.r.o. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo analyzovat systém řízení kvality. V úvodní části jsem rozebrala co vlastně kvalita neboli jakost je, proč je v dnešní době tak důležitá a stručně popsala systém managementu kvality, k čemu slouží a jaké se používá normy a pak nástroje pro analýzu kvalit. Dále jsme se zaměřila na teoretickou část, kde jsem charakterizovala společnost, popsala portfolio výrobků, systém řízení kvality. Dále byla provedena analýza pěti výrobků, u kterých je zaznamenán největší počet zmetků. Obsahem závěrečné části jsou návrhy a doporučení, které bych firmě doporučila, aby byla jejich výroba daleko efektivnější a počet zmetků se zmenšil a tudíž i finanční ztráty byly co nejmenší. A v poslední řadě celé zhodnocení práce.
