Příčiny vzniku vad při výrobě bezešvých trub

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá metodikou výroby bezešvých trub na válcovně Stiefel 140 mm. Při zpracování podkladů pro diplomovou práci bylo provedeno monitorování jednotlivých stanovišť a hledání příčin vzniku anomálií, aby se dosáhlo požadované kvality s minimem výrobně ekonomických ztrát. Po monitorování bylo provedeno četnostní hodnocení charakteristických vad, jehož výstupem byla strukturní analýza vad pro vnější a vnitřní povrch bezešvých trub.

The diploma thesis deals with the methodology of the production of seamless tubes at the mill Stiefel 140 mm. Monitoring of individual workplaces has been carried out in order to search for the causes of anomalies, with the aim to achieve the required production quality while maintaining minimal economic losses. Frequency evaluation of typical defects has been carried out after the monitoring, which resulted in structural analysis of defects for both external and internal surfaces of seamless pipes.
