Měření technického stavu strojů Heller H2000

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zjišťováním technického stavu vřeten u strojů Heller H 2000 ve firmě Česká zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod. Tyto stroje jsou důležitou a nedílnou součástí v postupu výroby zbraní. Na začátku práce se postupně seznámíme s profilem firmy, údržbou podniku, charakteristikou strojů atd. Dále zde budou popsány vřetenové ložiska a jejich diagnostika. V praktické části je pak uveden popis a vyhodnocení měření stavu vřeten strojů. Práce je doplněna přílohami.

The thesis is concerned with identifying the technical condition of the spindles of the machines Heller H 2000 in the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod. These machines are important and integral part of the process of production of weapons. At the beginning of the work we get acquainted with the company profile, maintenance of the factory, machine characteristics, etc. In addition, there will be described spindle bearings and diagnostics. In the practical part is a description and evaluation of the measurement of the spindles of the machines. The work is supplemented by annexes.
