Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals power design unit of jaw crusher. The thesis process a proposal by toothed belt transfer and provides brief search of the issue – an overview of the types of belts in practice. Next part section provides some information using the machine (DCD 1100x800R). The design part process a calculate of toothed belt transfer and easy tensioning system. In conclusion the thesis is tensioning system checked by finite element method (FEM). An annex contains the necessary drawing documents.
