Ekonomické zhodnocení podnikatelského záměru

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit podnikatelský záměr rekonstrukce starého a technicky i provozně nevyhovujícího rekreačního objektu na nový multifunkční hotel s celou škálou nabízených služeb pro co nejširší věkovou skladbu návštěvníků. Vyhodnocení podnikatelského záměru je vzhledem k celosvětové ekonomice velmi obtížné a složité. Ve své práci se budu zabývat zhodnocením kladů i záporů a rizik spojených s investicí do zamýšlené rekonstrukce. Práce je rozdělena do částí, které se věnují přípravě volbě řešení, finanční analýze projektu s cílem stanovit reálnost podnikatelského záměru.

The thesis is analysis of prospectus for reconstruction an old and both technically and functionally unsuitable rest object for new multifunctional hotel with a broad range of services for people of all ages. Evaluation of the prospectus is very difficult because of status of the world economy. In the thesis I will deal with interpretation of positives, negatives and risks which they are linked with investment of the reconstruction. The thesis is divided to the parts which they treat of preparation and selection of solution and of financial analysis of prospectus with the main target, which it is to decide on feasibility of the prospectus.
