Účetní, daňové a právní aspekty Vězeňské služby České republiky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá účetnictvím instituce, jakou je Vězeňská služba ČR. Podrobně seznamuje s Vězeňskou službou jakožto složkou státní sféry, platnou legislativou pro účetnictví v dané organizaci. První kapitola je věnována charakteristice organizační složky státu. Další část této práce se zaměřuje na účetnictví a zdaňování těchto subjektů. Jsou zde uvedeny a řešeny příklady z účetnictví této organizace. V poslední části jsou specifické oblasti účetnictví Vězeňské služby. Řešení vychází z legislativy platné pro účtování státní sféry a účetnictví Vězeňské služby.

The Dissertation is intended to familiarize the Reader with the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. Closely acquainted with the Prisen Service als component of Government, current Legislation for Accounting in the Organization. The first chapter is devoted to the characteristics of Organizational Component of the State. Another part of this thesis focuses on accounting and taxation of these entitie. Are listed here and solved Examples Accounts of this Organiace. The final Part of the Information identified specific Area of Accounting the Prison Service. The solutions are based on legislation regulating accountancy within the state administration and book-keeping of the Prison Service.
