Problematika změny klimatu, mezinárodní postoj a Evropská unie

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit mezinárodní postoj ke změně klimatu, přijaté úmluvy a plnění Kjótského protokolu a představit činnost Evropské unie v této oblasti.

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do 5 kapitol. První a pátá kapitola zahrnuje úvod a závěr. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních procesů, které ovlivňují zemské klima a na příčiny a důsledky změny klimatu. Třetí kapitola navazuje na první kapitolu z hlediska mezinárodního přístupu k omezování antropogenních příčin a boje se změnou klimatu prostřednictvím plnění kjótských závazků. Čtvrtá kapitola se pak věnuje činnostem vyvíjeným Evropskou unií, plněním Kjótského protokolu členskými státy a konkrétně i Českou republikou.

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to evaluate the international position on the climate change, accepted conventions and the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol, and to introduce the activity of the European Union in this area.

This Bachelor Thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first and the last chapter is an introduction and a conclusion. The second chapter focuses on the explanation of the fundamental processes that affect the Earth´s climate and on the causes and consequences of the climate change. The third chapter follows the first chapter in terms of the international approach to reducing antropogenic causes as well as of the fight against the climate change through the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol. The fourth chapter addresses the activities of the European union and the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol by the member states, namely by the Czech Republic.
