Realizace řídicího systému propalování fólie a zatavení svršku palety

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem v úvodní kapitole nastínil problém instalace nového řídícího systému propalování fólie a zatavení svršku palety do nevyužité části výrobní linky společnosti KNAUF INSULATION, spol. s r.o. ve výrobním závodě umístěném v průmyslové zóně obce Krupka. V následující kapitole jsem provedl detailní rozbor problematiky, kde byla provedena analýza současného stavu zařízení a formulace zadání. V další kapitole jsem pokračoval návrhem a realizací nového řídícího sytému, kde byla řešena problematika snímačů a akčních prvků v souvislosti s návrhem vstupů a výstupů. Následně jsem navrhl algoritmus pro nový řídící systém. V další kapitole jsem provedl návrh vizualizace a ovládání nově instalované řízené technologie. Na závěr jsem provedl zhodnocení dosažených cílů a poukázal na vzniklé problémy.

In the initial chapter of my diploma thesis I foreshadowed the problem of the installation of a new control system for The Burning System of the foil and the Sealing Tops of the Pallets into the unused part of the production line of the company KNAUF INSULATION, spol. s r.o. in the production plant which is situated in the industrial zone of the village Krupka. In the following chapter I performed a detailed analysis of the problems, where an analysis of the present state and submission formulation were executed. In the next chapter I continued with designing and implementation of the new control system, where problems of the sensors and action components were solved in connection with the design of the inputs and outputs. Consequently, I designed an algorithm for the new control system. In the next chapter I made the design of the visualization and control of newly installed controlled technology. At the end I created a target analysis and referred to the incurred problems.
