Stanovení závislosti mezi tvrdosti a pevnosti železničních kol

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem: „Stanovení závislosti mezi tvrdosti a pevnosti železničních kol“, popisuje způsob, jakým lze získat hodnotu závislosti mezi materiálovými zkouškami zaměřenými na tvrdost a pevnost železničního kola. Je zde popsána specifikace materiálu železničních kol určených pro nákladní přepravu, tepelné zpracování a v neposlední řadě samotné zkoušení mechanických vlastností. Všechny jednotlivé procesy potřebné k výrobě železničního kola (před procesem obrábění) jsou popsány všeobecně a poté následuje popis, jak jsou procesy realizovány v podniku BONATRANS GROUP a.s. Závěrečná část se zaobírá samotnou závislosti mezi jednotlivými hodnotami tvrdosti a pevnosti železničního kola, kde se jednotlivé výsledky zkoušení po přepočítání přirovnávají koeficientům závislostí získaných s odborné literatury.

The present thesis under the name of “Determination of dependence between hardness and strength of railway wheels“ describes a way of obtaining values of relation among material tests focused on hardness and strength of railway wheel. Herewith it is described a material specification of the railway wheel designed for freight transport, heat treatment and last but not least, mechanical properties testing itself. All individual processes necessary for railway wheel production (before machining) are described generally, following with a description of how the processes are being executed in the BONATRANS GROUP company. The final part deals with a relation between individual values of hardness and strength of the railway wheel where the individual results of testing after conversion are compared with relation coefficients procured from technical literature.
